Whizz Kidzz management warmly welcomes you and we look forward to working closely with you.

Pre enrolment requirements:

Please ensure all the following items are brought in:

1. Birth certificate

2. Immunisation statement (NOT bluebook- call Medicare to access the statement 1800 653 809)

3. $400 bond (refundable upon 2 weeks notice)

4. $50 admin fee (non –refundable)

5. Call Centrelink (136150) to access the CRN and notify of enrolment

6. Complete ALL sections of the enrolment form and SIGN all areas.

7. Read Whizz Kidzz handbook
